Level 7 Floor
-Split rotations

Level 6 Floor
-Listen to music
*lots of practice with music (no gymnastics)
Work on your faces:)
-full turns with arms crossed in front
-1 1/2 turns if you can practice safely
-Lots of Pike hold balance practice. Challenge yourself, see how long you can hold this.

Level 5Boys Floor
-Listen to music
*Idea: try a routine with music using only your arms
-Full turns
-split jumps on each leg
-push-ups and sit-ups

-Listen to music
Practice to music with no gymnastics
*idea: practice routines with a big performance face (no one’s watching you ;)
-1st full turn w/counts (dance turn on left)
-2nd full turn w/counts (cute hands turn on right leg)
-Body wave star jump combo with counts
-Practice line-up steps and counts

-Listen to music
*Idea: try routines w/music using mainly your arms and trying to be as precise as possible.
-Full turns (passé position, full relevé)
-Split Jumps (right and left)
*idea: have someone watch (or video) you and see if your split is even and legs are straight.

Level 2 Floor
-Listen to music
- 1/2 turns w/counts
*challenge: try 5 in a row in full relevé (heel will not touch the floor after the lunge prepare)
-Scale balance w/counts and no bobbles
(Scale 1, 2, 3 close on 4)
-Jump combo w/body wave
(straddle jump-half jump turn, body wave)
*challenge: try this combo pushing off the ground with pointed toes making your jumps higher.
