SPARKLERS: ages 6 months to walking
TWINKLE STARS: ages 18 mo. - 3 yrs
These classes are designed to introduce your child to movement, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and motor skill development. Our staff will also use this time to educate the parents on the benefits of motor development and its correlation to cognition. Did you know that crawling actually helps to develop reading skills? Many weeks are themed using obstacle courses, play shapes, gymnastics apparatus, and music, making the classes so much fun for both the parent and the child!

COMETS: ages 3 to 4 and SHOOTING STARS: ages 4 to 5
Building on a strong motor skill foundation, children learn basic gymnastics on all events in addition to obstacle courses, trampoline, and tumbling. Many weeks are themed using obstacle courses, play shapes, gymnastics apparatus, and music, making the classes so much fun!

School Age
ACADEMY GIRLS/BOYS: K-6th grade
This beginning level class for boys and girls teaches all Olympic events, plus trampoline and tumbling. The program focuses on basic gymnastics, including achievement of basic tumbling skills to determine moving to the next level.
GIRLS Advanced ACADEMY: K-6th grade
This intermediate level of our school age program is designed to teach more skills on all apparatus, while still focusing on perfecting the basics. The skill goals for this program cover all Olympic events.
Tumbling Classes 6 and UP
These classes specialize in developing tumbling skills, only with use of the floor, rod tumbling strip, power track, and trampoline.

Competitive Classes
USAG POWER TEAM GYM
Gymnasts compete as a team streaming on three events (tumbling, vaulting, and mini-tramp), as well as a group floor routine to music.
GIRLS XCEL COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS
Showcase Gymnastics offers classes for girls interested in competing in USAG Bronze- Diamond XCEL Levels on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, and floor). Gymnasts have the opportunity to compete in several local meets throughout the season, December - May.
USAG TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING
Gymnasts compete on three events (Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double mini). The team participates in at least three local meets as well as the State, Regional, and National Meets each year.
USAG Acrobatics and Tumbling
The Acrobatics and Tumbling programs has Novice, Junior and Senior levels. The teams will compete in Compulsory events which include Acro, Pyramid, Toss, Tumbling and Team event. This program is designed for the competitive athlete to develop the skill set needed to pursue advancement into the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association (NCATA)..

SPECIAL NEEDS AND SPECIAL OLYMPICS
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Classes for children who are not able to participate in a mainstream class. We offer group classes or one on one instruction.
SPECIAL OLYMPICS:
Competitive Team program for boys and girls age 7 and up. These gymnasts are given the opportunity to compete at several local meets and the State Meet each year.

SHOWCASE TEAMS: second class for preschool and school age students
The students in these performance classes prepare a group floor routine involving tumbling, dance, choreography, costumes, and more to present at two shows throughout the year. These groups are also given the opportunity to perform at other venues during the year, such as school carnivals, grand openings, etc.
ADVANCED SHOWCASE TEAM: girls intermediate/advanced gymnastics programs
