Parent & Me
Space Buddies: ages 18 mo. - 3 yrs

These classes are designed to introduce your child to movement, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and motor skill development. Our staff will also use this time to educate the parents on the benefits of motor development and its correlation to cognition. Did you know that crawling actually helps to develop reading skills? Many weeks are themed using obstacle courses, play shapes, gymnastics apparatus, and music, making the classes so much fun for both the parent and the child!

Preschool Classes

Building on a strong motor skill foundation, children learn basic gymnastics on all events in addition to obstacle courses, trampoline, and tumbling. Many weeks are themed using obstacle courses, play shapes, gymnastics apparatus, and music, making the classes so much fun!

This beginning level class for boys and girls teaches all Olympic events, plus trampoline and tumbling. The program focuses on basic gymnastics, including achievement of basic tumbling skills to determine moving to the next level.

Ages 4 and UP
The Rec tumbling classes are all Level tumbling classes that work just on Floor Tumbling Skills.

Rec TNT
Open To ages 5 and UP
What is Trampoline and Tumbling? Tramp and Tumble or T&T refers to trampoline, double-mini trampoline, and power tumbling. This program is a great segue for gymnasts looking for a change or even some new to the sport who loves to flip. Girls and Boys of all ages and body types can enjoy and benefit from trampoline, which also enhances skill development across all gymnastics disciplines and even other sports!

Competitive Classes
GIRLS XCEL COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS
Showcase Gymnastics offers classes for girls interested in competing in USAG Bronze- Diamond XCEL Levels on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, and floor). Gymnasts have the opportunity to compete in several local meets throughout the season, December - May.

USAG Womans Team (WDP)

The Women’s Development Program (WDP) was created with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace, competing in more than one level in a year, if she so chooses.

USAG TRAMPOLINE AND TUMBLING

Gymnasts compete on three events (Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and Double mini). The team participates in at least three local meets as well as the State, Regional, and National Meets each year.​​​​

Galaxy Elite Cheer
Ages 5 and UP
​Galaxy Elite Cheer Teams are for those students who want to be a part of competitive cheerleading program. Enrollment in a Team will be determined by try-outs held once per year or with a scheduled Directors Skill Evaluation. Each athlete will be evaluated on the following skills: standing tumbling, running tumbling, and jumps. The execution of these skills determines the team in which they will be placed. Certain teams are designed for beginner level athletes with little to no tumbling experience. The teams with limited tumbling experience are able to discover the joys of competitive cheer within their ability level
